Well, I've never directly seen the posts, but have heard people say "they're giving TP's in some places for Moguls because they're out"

I just want to clarify if anyone has actually gotten one this way. (As a replacement for your Mogul)
I just had mine replaced a few weeks ago with a new in box one, but prior to that they've had to order refurbished ones. Don't they just do the same? Or are the orders only shipped from local places, and when they have no more, they replace it with a TP. Just curious as my Mogul is already acting up...
