I just got an ATT Fuze. It is so nice to have the radio! Walking around all day long, listening to new music, not worrying about reloading with some songs you've listened 10000 times... Too bad I'm on SERO and this Fuze is destined elsewhere...

MY major concern with this is if you guys can get the radio active, would there be any way to turn it into a radio TRANSMITTER... Like I had on my old Muziq, It's WAAY more versatile than bluetoothing it to every device on the planet. And it works in any car, home, or stereo! Priceless!

i had the musiq too, and the fm transmitter never really worked that great

A receiver is just that... a receiver. There's likely nothing in there that can transmit FM signals, ala the Chocolate 3, etc.

That possibly sounds like a pot of gold Gman.. Definitely need to have a ROM Chef look at the ROM Dump to see if it is A1..

Just as I said in that post. I don't believe it. If someone had a sprint phone with a hacked rom and the fm radio worked they would have posted it first. Of course using a sprint rom would get rid of it.

I can assure you that nothing will come of it. If fm gets figured out it will be either someone from xda, here or even sprint themselves.

I would surmise that Sprint is going to enable the FM Radio in a future Radio/ ROM update..
