No, I think they gave them the "order id" which is different. If you go into your account under billing history and click order history, you'll get that DM number. It can't be tracked that way via the sprint site. Call 1-866-789-8292 tell them that number, which is your "order ID", not your "order number" and ask them for the order number. In the past I've usually been able to get a tracking number from them as well. They usually have the info before sprints site updates it.

How much did you get the phone for if you dont mind me asking? I was able to get mine for $279 then $100 MIR. But I might try calling again for another one of my lines.

I was able to pick it up for $579 - 75 (one year upgrade) + $380 account credit bringing the cost to $124 Got to love retentions!

I normally call 2 days after the order to get tracking #s. But this time around they sent me order shipped confirmation with tracking.

Well to make a long story short. I was online using sprints live internet chat and asked how much the touch pro would cost for my line. I was told that it would cost me a total of $124.99 (the rep misquoted me) and the rep put a note on my account for that price. I visited a couple stores and called telesales a few times and they wouldn't honor the account note. I called up retentions and talked to them a few times and they pushed my order through today.
