It can't be tracked that way via the sprint site. Call 1-866-789-8292 tell them that number, which is your "order ID", not your "order number" and ask them for the order number. In the past I've usually been able to get a tracking number from them as well. They usually have the info before sprints site updates it.

Sorry, wrong. Aside from being able to just try it, I have 2 orders I am tracking that start the same way.
