Re: InvisibleShield vs Bodyguardz

My question is are either InvisibleShield or Bodyguardz reusable? I ask this because i'm wondering if I have to get my phone replaced or whatever could I reuse them on the new Touch Pro. Thx in advance.

no they're not. once you apply water to them and put them on, they're basically used. once you take them off, they won't stick like they used to. both companies, however, have a "lifetime warranty" and they'll replace your skin for a nominal fee ($4-5) provided you send your old one back to them.

I emailed sprint right when it happened. I have to bring my phone into the store so they can look at it. To document that with it half activated and the phone working. They saw that I got it on the 14th. So if this happens. MAKE SURE TO DO THIS ASAP. Doesn't mean there won't be problems, but still, cover you a@@ as much as possible

Re: InvisibleShield vs Bodyguardz

I just ordered the Alltel touch pro and from all the pictures on the web it looks like I would order the sprint version of the cover from BodyGuardz. Can anyone confirm that for me before I order it?

Re: InvisibleShield vs Bodyguardz

I voted for Boxwave Cleartouch, but I also use Invisibleshield. I use the boxwave on the screen and front buttons(I didn't like the fact the Invisible Shield covered the touch ring... made it hard to slide your finger over it) and Invisible shield on the rest of the phone

Re: InvisibleShield vs Bodyguardz

Does InvisibleShield really help in reducing fingerprints and smudges? Thats the one thing that drives me crazy with touch devices.

Thanks

To an extent. I only have it on the rest of the body right now and not the face, but, the fingerprints are nor really visible at all. I had the screen covered with the invisible shield for about 10 minutes and while it worked well to keep the fingerprints off, it was bad at allowing your finger and particularly the stylus from sliding freely across the screen. It hindered it too much for me.

I was using the screen protector that came with the phone but it showed fingerprints too much. So I switched to the Boxwave, which has been great.

Re: InvisibleShield vs Bodyguardz

I got an invisishield screen only. I'm sending it back. It was way too rubbery and made it significantly harder to slide my finger or stylus over.

What's the best option for screen only protection?
