I am sorry you take me for trolling, you are being outright insulting. I don't have a problem with people saying there is a problem, because if there is fine. Say so, lets get it fixed. I just hate the whining, its down right childish. I think you should go ahead and check your attitude as I have been nothing but civil with you and you are starting to irritrate me.

I don't recall any whining in this thread, so your point is moot. It has nothing to do with how you directly treated me. I'm just tired of you posting things that accuse people of "whining" and looking for problems that you say don't exist, or are inherent, etc. If you don't like an issue someone presents, then don't read the thread or even post in it.

I returned mine to BB..well exchanged actually for the lower faceplate being elevated. The model I have now doesnt have this issue..guess I was alittle bothered that if something got caught between the faceplate and body of the phone while in my pocket or a case,it would tear more...

They didnt have an issue and swapped it out right away
