Reasons to return to bestbuy.

I been having some minor problems and I am wondering if it just me and I have a bad TP or its happening all around.

The volume of my calls seem really low and tingy sounding.

The battery gets very hot during calls maybe 20 to 30 minutes.

the sound i hear from media stuff is low as hell.

is this something constant or is should i return to BB for another unit?

also if i do return it to Bb is there a way to back up my TP like contats and stuff i already configured so i can transfer to a new TP when I get it?
