Sprint Picture Mail

After that all I did was hit update profile and BAM! 6 pictures left my inbox and went to where it needed to go. Before the picture just stayed there and in the properties it says "Trys was like 6 times", so you may need to update your user profile is all since you already updated the cab like I had done as well. *edit* its asking me for a code to edit the userid - i have to get that from sprint??? or is it something so simple i should slap myself?

It is the MSL # for your phone. Call Sprint and they will give it to you and walk you through it till it is fixed. Make sure when you call them that anything they tell you, you write it down. I have my MSL # and if I ever have to make any custom changes I have my MSL handy, so place the MSL in a note file or something, so if you're on the go, you got your phone and MSL with you too
