I'm not sure, but if you do go into a store, make no mention of sero and go to a different one than last time. I'm on sero and just did an even trade in store for a new diamond, which I realize is a little different than your situation, but they didn't give me a problem nor did "sero" ever come up. I'd just try the store option first, and email ecare as a second choice.

Assuming that's the Diamond you're sending back via the RMA kit sprint sent you, just send it back lol. I sent my Touch in, which was scratched, for a diamond and I got the full amount refunded to me.

I am on Sero 500 plan and wanted to exchange my TP at the sprint store. I did not mention my plan but after the person at the store put in my information he said he can't access my account because its an employee account. I am really confused. Can I or can't I do an exchange at the store with sero?
