Arite heres the deal,

I wanted to do a 30 day excahge from my Diamond to the Pro, i went to the sprint store and they said that they couldnt do it since im on Sero. I called sprint and they told me that they would charge me full price for the Pro and when they got the Diamond back they would give me back the credit.
Here my Q: I got my Pro today and i descided that i like the Diamond better, would i be able to go to the sprint store and return the Pro there? Or do i have to send the Pro back to sprint?

I think that's the way it works when you do it over the phone, they charge you for it until you send the other phone back.

I'm not sure, but if you do go into a store, make no mention of sero and go to a different one than last time. I'm on sero and just did an even trade in store for a new diamond, which I realize is a little different than your situation, but they didn't give me a problem nor did "sero" ever come up. I'd just try the store option first, and email ecare as a second choice.

One more thing, my diamond is a bit scrached up, i have the $7 insurance, would the sprint store fix/replace it? or do i have to pay $50 and go through asurion?

Assuming that's the Diamond you're sending back via the RMA kit sprint sent you, just send it back lol. I sent my Touch in, which was scratched, for a diamond and I got the full amount refunded to me.

I am on Sero 500 plan and wanted to exchange my TP at the sprint store. I did not mention my plan but after the person at the store put in my information he said he can't access my account because its an employee account. I am really confused. Can I or can't I do an exchange at the store with sero?
