I had a customer get super screwwed by them. He ordered a TP got it and inside his 30 days it crashed. Since he was a new customer sprint made him pay for the replacement since he had a spending limit, until they recieved back his defective one. he did and they sent him a diamond instead, now they want him pay again for another one. So this brand new customer is out like 1400 bucks because of Asurions retardation. I dont know how he hasnt just walked!!!

Round three - Diamond wins. I am so effing pissed. 3 incorrect phones after complaining so much. I have called daily, I have been polite. I called in today and gave them a hell they never knew existed. Good news.. I found my original pro. Bad news, they wont reverse the $50 but they are sending return kits for both diamonds. SOooooo I am paying $50 for absolutely nothing and tons of headache. Calling sprint next.. effin retarded. Never ever ever will call asurion again. No matter how much you try, they will not do anything for you even when several of their managers admit they made mistakes.

jus a FYI, it costs a minimum of 199 dollars for phones not returned to Asurion, any one know if there is a penalty for jus paying the money and keeping the phone? because i too will have 3 diamonds soon, got a call from some lady higher in the ranks that i was complaining to and she says that she will make sure i get a TP in mail, so she calls me and gives me her word that the order has been placed for the right phone, but then she contradicted it all when she said the phone was backordered and it could take 7-10 to recieve it, and that sounds all to familar

If you paid $50 you should have the replacement. Even if you found your original, if they don't give the $50 back, I'd keep pushing to get another Touch Pro. Then you have a spare, unless they blacklisted the lost phone (which... i thought they were supposed to do right when you reported it lost).

I dont believe anywhere I posted that I had 3 diamonds just laying around. Stop flying over like vultures trying to get something for cheap.. I wasn't offering.
I have to send all 3 diamonds back and am waiting for he 4th phone to be shipped. Since I paid for a touch pro, that is what I will wait for. |
