My day has gotten better im finally at the end of my million phone calls to asurion, i decided to call and complain to sprint explained my story and they are going to replace it for me, awaiting a confirmation email of some sort but i think i will have much better luck this way, than playing the guessing game with asurion

WOW freaken BULLLLL, my phone was suppose to get delivered today, and guess what, they put the wrong first name, and wrong address on my package, and its about 60 miles away from me, NOw i have to wait another freaken 7-10 days to get my phone.

Well I had to fight with Sprint so far they dont have any phone thur insurance and it takes about 5-10 business days for them to replace it will be new as the phone itself has been sold out a week after launching for 2wks. Bust sprints balls by complaining about being without a working phone for the alotted time and they will more than likely credit your account for the trouble.
