i rem seeing some one asking if there week refurbed TPs yet and there is some already I called in a replacement today and was told it would be a wait of 7 - 10 before they come in and my order confirmation also says that a order was placed for a reconditioned one unlike the other guy on here

Yeah that is what I was told originally, and then called back and they said t was new. I also was told it would be a minimum of 7 to 10 days.

Seeing that sprint is even out of new devices, and the fact that these just came out, I highly doubt it is a refurb.

My phone will be here to day... Its saidm11/07 delivery date but it is out for delivery in my area now. I will let everyone know if its new and what accessories came if any.
