I want to know has anyone gotten brand new equipment in the box with all the accersories from asurion???

i have. i called on a monday and they had me one at my house the next day. brand new, in the box with a build date of 11/24.


guys. i'm not sure what has happened to asurion the last two years but they are not the same jerks they were. the last several times i've had to use insurance, they were very nice and bent over backwards to get me what i needed. one time they even upgraded my son's apache for a new mogul. i was completely shocked because i read in one of the forums that people had tried that and were refused. my method is simple. i don't talk business. i tell them what happened, talk about my kids, talk about theirs (if they have any) and make a new friend. it has worked with clients and attorneys at my office and it works in life. if you call them and yell and tell them how much they suck or whatever, expect nothing.

What's the latest?

Does Assurian have new (non-refurbed) Sprint HTC Touch Pro's in stock right now?
Have people received new Touch Pro's when receiving replacements from Assurain?

They ship refurb if they have it, if not they send new (if they have it), otherwise you go on a waiting list and get the first thing they get in stock, or at least that's how I understand it.

I'm getting my Touch Diamond replaced by Asurion with a Touch Pro, My question is, is the switch better or not? I'm getting my Touch Pro in 7 to 10 days due to the fact that it is on back order, they told me that the phone is new in a box. Will keep u all posted in a few days when i get it!
