I went through the same process and telling them that I wanted the same phone and i get an order confirmation saying that Im going to get a 6850 The Touch Pro and the 6950 is what I get, the rep i spoke to today said that asurion has a set date in the system that ppl must get there phone and it the phone is not in stock the send the next closest thing, I was supposedly reorderd a phone but i havent recieved a confirmation,
Ill be calling back later today to make sure i wasnt charged for another replacement and to make sure the second swap wont affect my number of claims
