Re: Good music player?

One that I've bought is Pocketmind.com's Pocket Player. I has a nice simple interface and simple functions, great effects and Equalizer. I don't know if it's compatible with VGA, screens... BUT the interface is 100% skinnable, using Winamps skinning methods. It's only 20$ AND it comes with a iTunes AAC music converter (if you bought music through iTunes).

Re: Good music player?

Thanks for the help guys. I'm going to look into a few of these later today. I need to see some shots of the interface and everything so I know it will be operable while driving...

In regards to coreplayer, does it play avi files? I'm looking for ANYTHING that will allow me to play those...as it seems PPCs hate them.

Also FYI, AVI is a container format, not a compression...that is, you can have an AVI file which is encoded via DiVX and another that is compressed with xVid and without the proper decoders you won't be able to play em.

Re: Good music player?

Coreplayer is the best for video, although lookup the freeware TCPMP (from XDA so it will be compatible) . I use Pocketplayer from Conduits for audio. (along with S2P)

Re: Good music player?

+1 for S2P ... But i prefer Mortplayer myself i use it and the qVista skin it has a car skin with big buttons to make it easy to use w/ on screen controls and easy to use while driving. I mainly use mortplayer bc of the features and its ability to play online streaming music from shoutcast. It has memory that saves audio and eq settings on exit. So it resumes where you left it off regardless if you have volume up or down, nice feature to just launch it let it go and start driving no need to fiddle with it unless you want to.
