how to revert to classic icons on the menu bar?

i deleted the whole htcvolume in the registry got rid of it and also now my keyboard looks cooler

There's an option, but you have to soft reset in order for it to apply. Make sure it indicates standard windows volume slider chosen, then soft reset. Should apply when you soft reset.
