Battery Percentage + Large Menu text Question

Hello, in my new TP when ever i go into settings and view my battery status it shows 10 green bars, is there anyway to make it show the actual % in numbers? My second question is that whenever in any program the menu for it is in extremely large font size, for example if you goto contacts and click on menu, you will see the text is extremely large. Is there a way to fix that?

This way, you want have to go into settings to check your battery status, it'll be on your Today screen

Is there one so i can see it in the settings? Also is there a way to remove some buttons like sprint tv from the touchflo menu?
