Telesales tracking Information

Hey I know this question is off topic but why does this site have a North Carolina Tarheel logo as the site icon? Or is it just me.. lol

Still no tracking #. I got my confirmation email at 10:18am PDT. I'm gonna give it another hour then go to bed.

For all of you freaking out, don't. I ordered my Diamond on 9/19, Fri. and they updated the shipping info on 9/20 (Sat) at 6:40am. I had the phone Monday afternoon. I wonder if they have like one guy/girl there entering tracking numbers by hand.

WTF! My Tracking # shows it will be delivered on the 5th! It was supposed to be shipped overnight but it shows ground. I could've just gone to the sprint store. They will get an earful in the morning...2nd time they screwed up my order this month.

Ordered mine around 9 CST in Houston and still no tracking number =( . This is worse than Christmas when I was 10

My g/f;s dad works for FedEx. The UPS and FedEx procedure is about the same so what happens to alot of the next day air packages is they are actually received at the terminal and moved directly to the airport to get on the plane. Also note that FedEx flys most of the UPS freight so your package may not be scanned in until it is on the ground and at the terminal in your local airport hub. (IE i am north of Charlotte so mine would be CLT.) So it is no biggie.... But if they issued you a tracking number then more than likely they have already shipped it out.

(The last part is speculation as I do not know what their procedure is. Although I have used UPS World Ship before [thats the application used by companies to ship stuff] The tracking number is not actually populated until you print your manifest. And the manifest isnt created until the packages are ready to be picked up..)

I hope you're right. My tracking just showed up in an email, but not on the UPS site.

i got mine about 7 hours after i ordered it tracking that is shows to be delevered tommorrow

Your order is awaiting processing at the warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. If you have questions, please call 866-789-8292 between 8:00 a.m. EST to 11:00 p.m. EST Monday to Friday or 9:00 a.m. EST to 9:00 p.m. EST on Saturdays and Sundays.

its suppose to be overnited and her by monday but it says 3 to 5 days so is this just a standard msg or did they nt make it over night thats what i clearly asked for and was told that i had

Dont worry about what the sprint site says. If you have overnight shipping then it will get their overnight. The only think you have to hope for is that it got in the shipping loop tonite. if not then it will ship tomorrow and you will get it on monday..

thanks for that o and unfortunately I missed the shipping loop because I was at work and didn't get to place my order till after 9
