The way I see it is I have been using my Diamond for almost a month now with basically the same issues. I have yet to run into an issue that would force me to return my phone.

Now I am getting the Touch Pro. I know some if not all of the current issues will be resolved either by tweaks or official fixes. If anything major comes up, i have had good experience with returning my phone and getting a new one from Sprint so I am not very worried.
