No. I copied it over to the SD Card, opened it in Notepad on my PC, saved it, then copied using Total Commander from the SD Card to the Windows Directory.

Getting an error saying I cant copy the item to the windows folder cause it alrealready exist. Can I delete it than copy the new file?

u got it... to the above poster.. its a html type file so it launches opera natively but u have to open in notebook to change...
