Sprint Touch Pro from Best Buy already unlocked?

I have never once had a problem getting my MSL when I activate my phones at the Sprint store (a service center one).

Usually they write it down for me no questions asked, is they ask, I tell them, I need it to fix vision provisioning problems later on if/when they happen.

ive never had a problem either. just say something along the lines of "I need to turn off evdo when I go into low signal areas to save battery life"

if you swap your phone online through your account it will give you the MSL for you!!! just hit print and it will copy both the primary and secondary MSL's

You can also try; "I need to reprogram my phone, i had to reset it because it locked up using ##786#.. Could you please give me the manual programming information, as I am on the phone making this call now and need to do it after I hang up".. Done.

Exactly.

I usually call from a landline and tell them my phone isn't making calls, and ask them to walk me through the programming again..

Holding down vol down, the power button and soft restting (and I did it more than once) works

Correction:
Hard Reset - Hold Volum Down Button first, followed by enter button and then the power button. Soft reset button is not needed when doing a hard reset. And i couldn't even imagine someone trying to hold down all those buttons at once lol.

Soft reset - Just push the soft reset button underneath the phone

Bootloader Mode - Volume Down, followed by the power button and then the reset button.

Boot Loader Mode - Touch Pro
Option 1 - Press and Hold the Power and Volume Down buttons and use the stylus to reset your phone while holding those 2 buttons.

Option 2 - Completely power down your phone (i.e. take out battery). Press and Hold the Power and Volume Down buttons until the phone powers on in the boot loader screen.

To get out of it, simply use your stylus to reset the device.

just an fyi, sprint's website will give you the MSL as well (at least if you have another phone to do a transfer to and then back)

Or just go into settings/system/clear storage for hard reset.....
