Hopefully they'll actually do it for you, their Executive Care had agreed to do it for me and then decided that I could just get another (4th) replacement mogul instead or switch to a Touch. You'd probably have to get the phone through Sprint though if they agreed to something like that.

How'd you get them to agree to that? What will your cost be? Please PM me...

I almost feel like I should go back and see if I can get the 20% discount myself since they missed it last time. I paid $475.63 out the door, and compared to the 300 that most people are posting, I feel kind of taken.

Was it pretty simple? Did you just bring the receipt and the rewardzone card + coupon to customer service?

Yea i hope they will do it too. I still have all the emails, they pretty much said we are going to send you a return kit for the mogul (which i did get the kit) then when the TP comes out all i had to do was go into a sprint store and buy it ( Do they mean charge it to the sprint account?), send mogul back and when they recieve the mogul they was going to take the price of the TP off my account and leave the difference. Seeing how the sprint stores dont have em yet i wondered if i could just go into BBY and do it there......im going to email again to find out.

i have a TP on hold for me @ BB till this friday (i know a guy). my price is $239.99 after rebate and the 20% deal. i made a call to retentions (im out of contract) and after some talking i got a really sweet deal on a new contract, i hate contracts btw, with some needed extras. i was told that they couldn't do better than the BB $239.99 deal, but would give me a credit on my account for $140....sounds like a winner. so the TP will basically hit me for $99 +tax. i was thinking to hold out but at that price and with the issues im having with the mogul, this sounds like a winner. i was thinking to just hold out until i could exchange the mogul for a TP through insurance...but who knows when that will be.

i also got 70 bux additional credit and the 18 bux will be waived also.. total cost for me will be about 170 bux...

Has anyone heard of Best Buy stores possibly getting another shipment before the weekend? I can't get any upgrade discounts until Saturday (which also happens to be the last day of the 20% off) and pretty much every store over here is already out.

I'd call them on everyday until then!...LOL. Actually, from what some best buy employees have said on here, it's my understanding that most "normal" shipments get delivered on Thursday? Someone else has to confirm though, cuz I'm not 100% positive.

Doesn't hurt to keep checking until then.
