Got IT!!!!! HTC Touch Pro for spint from Best buy

Anyone willing to post a recipt with the 20% discount block out personal info of course but the best buy in Novi, Mi will not honor the 20% for me. Just want some proof when i go in tomorrow. Sent my g/f today to get it and she failed...

Total BS. I walked into BB, they called Sprint to verify, and the upgraded my SERO 500 plan manually since the can't do SERO directly through the system. Also applied 20% rewardzone. $259.49 out of the door. Did charge $18 activation. Oh well, took the nice sales like 1hr to figure out the rewardzone, a manager had to manually put it in. There is no coupon code. I paid like $100 more with Diamond.

This phone is significantly more responsive compared to the Diamond stock rom. Slideout keyboard screen rotation is almost instantaneous. Very little lag with touchflo3d. Lets see how battery life goes. Love it so far.

No change in plan just upgrade. "Manual" means he did it on paper not in the computer system.

I've found two locations with the phones however, they will not use the 20% off as I do not have the coupon. I made them go to rewardzone.com and showed it to them however they say I must have the coupon. I even made them call rewardzone and ask! Is there a bar code on the coupon?

I know this sounds unethical, but I am wondering. What is stopping me from starting a new line with sprint to get this phone for $299.99 plus 20% off. Calling sprint the next day and canceling that account (tell them I will bring the phone back to best buy) and then go online and activate my new touch pro on my old sprint account that I currently have my regular touch on?

Would sprint find out that I never brought it back to best buy? Do they care? Would best Buy find out I canceled my sprint account? If so, do they care and what recourse would they really have against me???

I used the 20%, but it happened like this.

They couldn't find a code or UPC to enter to honor the code, so they charged me the upgrade price, then had me to go the customer service/returns counter, and they credited my card back 60.00 plus tax.

The manager at BB argued with me for 20 mins before agreein that i was right. . . Make sure you get the 20%, dont take "no" for an answer.


On that note, my receipt doesnt say 20%off.

It just says "Reg 749.99 with 510.00 match competitor price disc Reg 239.99.
