Wow, you people have bad luck. The rep who did mine said "Sprint said you don't have a data plan." I said "It's included in my plan" and he said ah okay, and called the manager over to give me 20%.

I went back to Best Buy yesterday and got my 20% off added to my receipt. I went to a different one than where I purchased the Pro. My Damage being only 1 year upgrade eligible came out to $367+tax. Cheaper than what I paid for the Mogul that will be sold.

I was also able to go back into the store, went straight to customer service, showed them a print out of the coupon and got my 20% off with no questions asked this time after being denied before, other then the manager needing to come approve it at the register.

so basically came out to $367 +tax after 1 year eligible contract upgrade.

I've heard all kinds of crazy stories about how the phone functions/disfunctions etc, as well as deals people claim they are getting... But one that should be fairly easy to uncover is the one below. Is it really true that the SERO plan is eligible for upgrade every 12 months?

I can disprove that post, as I already have. I have 3 sero lines on my account, all opened on the same date, only difference is the phone and insurance. The only sero line eligible for 2 yr upgrade after 12 months was my line, the one I had done 3 insurance swaps on already. I was told by someone on here that my phantom upgrade eligibility was due to the insurance swaps.

Sorry if this has been asked, searching for items regarding Best Buy is ridiculous!

The question is this: Is Best Buy expecting another round of Touch Pro's prior to the weekend? I am hoping someone has some insider information. I have been holding off because I don't get my 2yr upgrade until tomorrow (Sat, Nov. 1), and was hoping to still get that 20% off from BB! Looks like just about every BB in my area (Minneapolis/St. Paul) is sold out.

Best buy gets their last shipment in for the week on thursday, so if they don't have it by Friday, they probably won't have it until after the weekend

Call around, try to go in and pre-buy the phone or something, using that 20% off. Worth a shot..

I live in minneapolis as well and i bought my touch pro last friday when i got off work. I went to the one in Brooklyn Center, MN and they had like 2 left. Did you check there. I would also check the one in Eden Prairie, Edina, and Shakopee. I'm willing to guarantee that one of those stores have at least one.

Edit2: I just got off the phone with Best Buy in Eden Prairie and they have 1 left you better call and have them hold it for you. Hope this helps.
