I can disprove that post, as I already have. I have 3 sero lines on my account, all opened on the same date, only difference is the phone and insurance. The only sero line eligible for 2 yr upgrade after 12 months was my line, the one I had done 3 insurance swaps on already. I was told by someone on here that my phantom upgrade eligibility was due to the insurance swaps.
