If you buy at Best Buy, are you still under the 30 day satisfaction guarantee from sprint? Because I'm "exchanging" my mogul for the Touch Pro, which means I'll be paying full price anyways. This way, if I can get the 20% off, that would be awesome.

Yes, BB gave me some documentation about the 30 day guarantee and the instructions say if you are not happy to return to BB to arrange a refund / exchange.

Just created a new profile to thank Crit for all the information. Been following the thread for a long time but didnt sign up as i am not the guy who usually posts in forums. JUst got one of the 6 TP's in my BB store in NE. Thanks again Crit for all the information. THE PHONE IS AWESOME !! and definitely an I PHONE Killer !!

If you're not upgrade eligible you can't get the 20% off.... I'm not sure what you are asking though but you do have to use your upgrade/sign a new contract to use the coupon at all...

I agree, But the HD was set to be the supposed Iphone killer but HTC is working a on a new design, we are supposed to obtain information on it in November and they want our designers opinions and ideas. My idea is to keep the HD design and implement what they call the skinboard. Its a very thin keyboard that is very touch sensitive.

Next project is thinner and will possibly have the andriod OS, HTC is in the design process, with the windows mobile 7 we have a beta test coming to us in dec to Jan.
