criticalaudioinc works at one of many repair facilities working on the phone, so all of them were supposed to have been repaired already (with just the issues he had indicated were given by HTC and/or sprint - can't remember who).

Anyhow, you should be safe knowing that at least the fixes critical listed have been done. As for other issues that may come up, who knows.

Did anyone else notice the specs mention video calling? I do not see a front facing camera on the pics.
