Sprint has no one to blame but themselves if Telesales is indeed overloaded. They should have OFFICIALLY announced that the TP was going to be delayed. You have sites like engadget passing on info. that cnet had 1st announced, but, once again, this was word of mouth from cnet as well. EVP knew what was going down weeks ago & Sprint should have annouced the delay then.
