You don't need an invite for SERO - all you need is a working @sprint.com email address.

Wow! Impressive!

That is awesome that you are doing the beta testing. A spec sheet would be nice, bit if you don't want to/can't don't worry about it.

Would you be able to tell us if that is the final shape for the device? I'd much rather it be perfectly rectangular. Also, is the back side like the original diamond?

And what about the Pro? Do you know if the shape is square? or is it curved [i hope not] And PLEASE tell me it has the nice diamond back cover...

Well i'm sure they want to launch the Touch Pro first (considering the Mogul was introduced then a while later the Touch came into the picture). In reality I feel that the Instinct is going after the 1st gen iPhone and the Touch will be positioned after the 3G iPhone.

After the 3G iPhone is released, Sprint will see it's affect on Instinct sales. Only then will they be able to guage how to release the Touch (if it is positioned to take on iPhone 2 (3G))

I'd say that's a very valid argument. Do you have any marketing experience?

It makes sense why they'd release the Touch Pro first...

Well, as far as I understand it, yes. Don't they have to approve the SERO? Anyone from Sprint care to confirm? I am pretty sure that the owner of that email address still gets notified, and they have the choice to deny the invitation.

You don't need an invite to sign up for SERO. All you have to do is go to sprint.com/sero and using savings@sprintemi.com as the email address.

@Ethereal: You really need to start doing your homework before you jump in with guns blazing. It actually IS possible to do simultaneous voice and data over Revision A. Sprint may not be making use of it, but it is possible.
