According to the leaked document from Sprint, the HTC 6950 is due out on Set. 2. My guess and hope was that this would be the diamond, however, im losing hope. i read the FCC confidentiality document for the CDMA diamond and they are asking to keep confidentiality until oct. 31. I really dont know how the FCC works. But does anyone know if it is possible for a product to be released prior to the FCC confidentiality date???

SERO is what made me by Mogul. I couldnt afford to buy Mogul if I were to pay 60+ $ a month.

heh, aye, I would definitely be with at&t if it weren't for SERO, but we shouldn't have a problem getting a touch pro/diamond on SERO.... Even with the instinct many SERO users are having luck getting it on there....

sprint is forcing people purchasing the instinct onto a simply everything plan to compete with what at&t is doing with the iphone....

If you want a discount on the cost of the device... Pay full price and they can't.

My other concern is that the SERO plan as we knew it is dead and the people over at SU are worried that buying a new phone with any Sprint discounts will force them off of SERO and onto another plan.

This means I may just have to get the Touch Pro off ebay of Craigslist. It worked for my Mogul.
