Sprint TP -> TP2 Upgrade?

I went to the one in the city of commerce. It turns out they have techs, but they aren't a "full service sprint store." But, while there I had the guy helping me out make notes in my account. That way, when I called I have documentation. And it did help.

Although the replacement they sent was messed up, and then they sent another one that was a wrong model (hero), they ended up sending me a NIB phone yay for me! It was the honesty karma! :P

I had my first touch pro for nearly a year with no problems. Then the keyboard failed, followed by the usb->pc sync (it would still charge though). My first replacement lasted 4 months, then it had a back light failure. The second replacement arrived with what looked like water already under the screen. They ordered my a new one ths past week, and it was a NIB Touch Pro 2 (Sprint full service store in Cary, NC).

Seems like it's just luck and a combination of how many times you have to have it repaired.

it usually all depends on the representatives. i had a palm treo 800w and upgraded me to the palm treo 850w (palm treo pro)
