Anyword if Sprint is upgrading the TP to TP2 for broken devices?

i think it really depends on how many times they have had to replace your device due it being defective...and if the rep is feeling nice that day.

I don't think Sprint or Assurion will upgrade you, unless they feel the need to - like they feel you're going to cancel or something like that. Assurion upgraded me to the TP when they sent me a DOA Mogul. Just luck of the draw basically...

Asurion has "discountinued" their stock of Touch Pro 2's. TP2 guys have a hard time getting their hands on one, check out the TP2 forum.

I would go into the store (one with a service center) to see what they can do for you. Asurion works well in most cases but I would go in for this one.

i got mine by getting it checked out at the store, and then calling in and complaining about all the problems and saying i don't want a tP1 because i know of all the issues it has. Also that i've had my TP since it came out and never exchanged it since then. :P
