KeyBoard Problems

I finally for the first time EVER with my HTC Touch Pro I dropped it and now it's hating me.
KeyBoard is having problems, it sometimes misses the keys I push, sometimes double space and then sometimes when waking it up the keyboard wont work, but the light comes on no matter what.

I've tried to hard reset multiple times, re-install the stock rom a few times ect... I've checked the wires connections and everything seems fine.

I'm guessing the HardWare is now messing up completely for this to happen.

Anyone have this problem before? Know how to fix it?
Kind of sad after one minor drop it would do this.

everyone has this problem. do a search and you'll see some fixes, or just take it to the store and they'll fix it

I must be an idiot because I couldn't find one.
Sadly my other one NEVER had this problem. Nor did this one, until I dropped it. :/

Edit: Either I suck at searching or I can't find it.
I think what's causing my phone to screw up is the KeyBoard Sensor. Because sometimes the KeyBoard wont wake up, but the light will come on, even though my phone is on. So I have to soft reset/put it to see and turn it back up/awake it.

seriously, just call tech support, run through the crap, they'll give a case number, take it to a repair place, wait an hour and they'll replace the kb

I would take it to Sprint Repair Center, but they broke my last Touch Pro 2 or 3 times and wouldn't do anything about it. Now I'm afraid they might break my new one. I'd rather deal with this my way.
If I do take it to them, they will either take a look and not figure it out or be like well we will order you a refurbished one. Which is NOT what I want. I've had NOTHING but problems with those kind of phones.

I think I just screwed it up completely now, but I think/pretty sure I have pin pointed the problem.
The phone, touch keyboard and everything works fine. But the Slide out KeyBoard doesn't, it's shot, was having problems, but now I'm not getting it to work.
The KeyBoard light still comes up, the ribben isn't cut, but I'm guess it got damanged some how.

Question: Is there any way to fix the Ribben for the KeyBoard?
