I would take it to Sprint Repair Center, but they broke my last Touch Pro 2 or 3 times and wouldn't do anything about it. Now I'm afraid they might break my new one. I'd rather deal with this my way.
If I do take it to them, they will either take a look and not figure it out or be like well we will order you a refurbished one. Which is NOT what I want. I've had NOTHING but problems with those kind of phones.
