Yep, SwinnRom. You can choose from either the newer 23xxx builds with the larger buttons on the bottom of your screen or the classic 21xxx builds. Both are very stable and great battery life.

Link to rom is in my sig.

Iv'e run a bunch of ROM's including Mighty. So far Engery 6.5 with Sense 2.5 has been the most stable (March 30th). Only issue I found is the ##codes# do not work. This has nothing to do with anything though.

Re: Upgraded from HTC Mogul to HTC Touch Pro, Installed Mighty Rom (Phone Feels SLOW)

I saw the energy rom only thing that bothered me was that the rom is based on 6.5 windows mobile and today screen is all words and no icons. Honestly now the more I think about it it would be great just to find a 6.1 windows rom with no manilla plugin. This way I can run spb today plugin.

That may be kinda tough to find. I don't really know of anyone that cooks that kind of rom at the moment. You know you could run a stock rom and just turn the tf3d off and run spb today.

I guess you could try a full Titanium ROM if you don't like HTC Manilla. It's faster, and uses less ROM. I'd go with rootROM, SKI-ROM, or EnergyROM.

Re: Upgraded from HTC Mogul to HTC Touch Pro, Installed Mighty Rom (Phone Feels SLOW)

Yup, thats what I am actually doing with the phone right now. Running mighty rom with tf3d turned off. I still think a lot of resources are being wasted. For example, with RyanMoguls rom after a fresh boot the phone starts up only using 32 megs of memory. MightyRom starts out using 57 megs. I know not a huge leap but still almost twice as much.

Question for those of you running 6.5 is there a way to turn off the huge fonts today screen. Similar to turning touchflo 3d off?

Yep, just turn off Windows Default from that same menu you turn TF3D off.

Re: Upgraded from HTC Mogul to HTC Touch Pro, Installed Mighty Rom (Phone Feels SLOW)

Cool, going to give one of the 6.5 roms a try. The big thing with the 6.5 was the large today screen fonts right? Maybe a better question is are there any other major differences with a 6.1 to 6.5 rom?

btw thanks to every1 so far for there input good to see there are still a good amount of touch pro users out there similar to mogul

Re: Upgraded from HTC Mogul to HTC Touch Pro, Installed Mighty Rom (Phone Feels SLOW)

Eh, design, easier scrolling in start menu and other menus, and a lot more customizable. Can't really think of much else right now. Best thing would be to just try a few out and see what you like and don't like. Doesn't take much time to flash em at all.
