Another touch pro sync issue!!!

Ok, I have 2 touch pros (me and wife)...My active sync works on my touch pro but not her phone anymore. Been like this for a couple months now and just gave up on her phone ( she hates it when I put energyrom or twisted on my phone). But till now, her keyboard is messed up so I have to take it to sprint and get a refurb one. I search a lot more threads but didn't find a fix yet and also went to start menu > settings > connections > USB to PC, soft reset, hard reset, boot loader, and still nothing. I know how to do the sd card thing but not with an exe file (sprint stock rom).

(My touch pro does active sync and connect to pc on any computer or PS3, but her phone doesn't)

Hopefully someone can help me so I can put the stock rom and relock it back to take her phone to sprint.

i wonder does your computer recognize the TP?

try putting the TP in bootloader and connecting it to the computer.

Yep did that method too. It works on mines whenever I go into bootloader screen or without doing that method but not on her TP...

damn thats odd. i wonder if the port is having troubles. does it charge when connected to usb or AC power?

yes it charges up but no connect

just don't understand, my tp does everything (rom update, active sync, charge,internet sharig,etc...) but the other tp doesn't. Got both around the same time...Dont' know what i"m going to do when I take it to sprint. Specially since I have energyrom on hers, lol..

you can flash back to stock by using the Micro SD card. you don't need to sync.

yea but how do I put the sprint stock exe file on a sd card and make it work. I know how to put custom roms on a sd card but not an exe file.

Winrar can extract the stock rom exe and you can grab the nbh file from that. At least it works on mine just fine. Also there's a thread with stock roms as well if I recall.
