Re: Is there any way to keep my phone in portrait mode??

I have the exact same problem. What I did was go into the button settings and assign the long press of send button the rotate the screen. That way, I can easily switch between landscape and portrait on the fly.

The setting is located in Settings -> Personal -> Buttons
Assign "<Rotate Screen>" to the button "Send(Hold)"

Everything works fine now, I just have to use the onscreen keyboard.

I think my roms button map is to limited it only allows me to map to the send button and the end button and they are both things i don't want to change. I have no way to add another long press button map and rotate screen isn't even in the list so i guess i'll just have to figure soemthing else out.

Edit:
