And thaaaaaank you. Deleting those still had me freeze up while booting, I searched my new error and came up with a thread on xda that told me to put all of the files into a folder named "/android" in root. (I don't know if this helped but I didn't like them in root anyway) I did that and it boots right up.
Sweet, thank you again.

I really like this new build and whatnot. I definitely notice the increase in memory. Everything feels zippier, haha.

The only thing is, it seems my battery dies faster than it has been in the last few builds. Has anyone else noticed this, or is my phone just extra thirsty for energy today?

Runs a lot better than I expected! It drains the battery a little fast, but it's a lot of fun to play with :)

Try wifi and pay a bit more attention to the performance :)

New kernel coming. Reenables power collapse (though I found I got 4 hours battery life with the last kernel, which is about what I'd get with power collapse enabled -- so I guess it doesn't make a ton of difference with all the wakeups). Also includes a new smd_tty fix by MrPippy that seems to further improve cdma data stability. Give it a shot.

Also, there's a new xdandroid package. Link'll be in the first post.

Trying the new build now. I'll post with my findings here in a bit.

Alright: almost 6 Hours after this post:
-Data didn't work for me on the first boot. I have not rebooted back in to it to see if it comes back, a few posts later on did say that it does eventually work.
- Seems to be still as responsive as the previous build.
- Did not try to download from market to see if It crashes yet (as I previously stated I didn't have a data connection).
- Battery still says its charging all the time.

This is getting better as time goes by. Thank you to all the devs who has put time in to this project.

Oh and I've updated the complete archive with the 2 updates (XDA new build/new kernel) here
