New kernel/modules in first post -- come 'n' get it. It enables the 2nd memory bank. It's SO FAST...well, maybe not fast. It's SO LESS SLOW.

Also, might or might not have fixed the time drift problem. Please report.

I just put all the pieces together for those who are having boot problems it seems to help. Plus I hope that the mirror is a little faster than the xland.cz site for those in the US.

Re: Linux/Android on CDMA Touch Pro (RAPH800) - ALPHA (buggy. as. hell.)

So I tried the new modules and I did notice a change in my CDMA data. Previously, when the 3G symbol came up, data would look dormant with no blinking arrows. Now, when 3G comes up, the up arrow actually blinks, but it the down arrow doesn't.

Just a thought, since USCC does require my username and password for #777 data, could it be trying to authenticate but getting denied? Is there any other place the User/Pass can be loaded besides the APN? Is there a way to get some debugging to see if that's the case?

I got Android working fine on my Sprint Touch Pro, however the only issue I have is with the screen brightness. After a period of inactivity the screen will dim. When I start using the phone again, the screen will not go to its normal brightness and changing the brightness in the settings wont do anything. Is there a fix for this?

I just used the files that are available in the first post of this thread and followed the instructions on installing.

Android isn't a rom that you can flash yet. you copy the files to your SD card and run Haret.exe to launch it. It'll soft reset back in to whatever winmo rom you have.
