There will be more when the rootfs gets updated, hopefully later today or early tomorrow.

Ok so now that I've ran it for a couple hours off the charder and my battery is almost dead, I believe battery drain has increased for me. Seems to be running hotter too.

are you putting up a new AIO pack?

Re: Linux/Android on CDMA Touch Pro (RAPH800)

The newest release is just a new system.sqsh so far. A new rootfs and possibly other files should be released this week. A new AIO would make more sense after all that is done.

I'm sure he'll wait till the promised new rootfs gets updated. Right now we just have half of the AIO. Patience :)

Re: Linux/Android on CDMA Touch Pro (RAPH800)

Hey I have a slightly off topic question. I programmed my work voice-mail number in winmo and I programmed in the pauses that it needs as well as the password to actually log me on and just start listening to the voice-mail. In android it seems to use a different format for pauses. in winmo i have the number entered like this 8001234567pp1234#p123456# The letter p is what provides the pause i need. So can anyone point me to the android equivalent? Thanks!

found this on android community:

To insert a pause, open the keyboard and type a "," (comma) for a pause. The more commas, the longer the pause.

per androidforums:

For those who need pause and wait characters, here is what I found worked after much T&E:

Pause - waits a few seconds before proceeding: use a comma

Wait - requires action by caller to proceed: use a semicolon

When you dial a contact with the Wait symbol, a pop up window will come up to ask you if you want to enter the next set of numbers.

If you are entering the contact using the Android keypad, the bottom left key will be marked "*#(" - when you select it a new keypad comes up which allows you to pick "Pause", "Wait" or other keys.

Hope it saves others digging...

worked like a charm! the advice to actually recreat the contact in Android was really good too cuz it has the pause button right there.
