Re: Linux/Android on CDMA Touch Pro (RAPH800)

Just talked to phh, and he says that it comes down to the RIL having to make 2 simultaneous data connections to receive the MMS.

Apparently mms receipt is a problem on GSM phones with this RIL as well (don't know why I wasn't aware of that before).

Edit: PS I feel like a jerk for thinking this might be a little issue that didn't take too much to fix.

lol don't feel bad makk, you never know what your walking into until you get a little dirty.

so my work is done until i can figure out how to play with the ril.

i'll post up when someone at xda can take the time to look at it for us to see if he can do anything there.

until then, just keep hacking away makk. looking forward to the next update!

I will test it out too here in a little bit and post my findings. Does this include the wifi tether app?

Was playing with a moment and here is the apn for it: (in XML format sorry)
apn carrier="Sprint" mcc="310" mnc="120" apn="Sprint" user="Sprint" server="*" password="*" mmsc="http://mms.sprintpcs.com" auth="3"

The tether app is not included. I just noticed the changes in the kernel commit log.

Here's more info: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...postcount=5096

Re: Linux/Android on CDMA Touch Pro (RAPH800)

Hi, trying to get this to work and while it's booting I keep getting:

3.986572 mmc1: error -22 whilst initialising SDIO card

I've used the HP Disk Tool to format the SD card and can confirm that there is only 1 partition on the card. The boot process doesn't go any further. Anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks
