This is a great idea actually... I guess I am one of those "newer is always better" kind of guys who wants stability along with some bells and whistles (oh, I hate that phrase by the way but am hurried and just wanted to get the point across, ha!)
I should give MR4 a try, and ax the MR6 since you're giving it such high marks. The phone is actually for my wife, and she doesn't really grasp the usage of many of the add-ons anyway, by and large women are simply not 'into' technology, she just wants functional WiFi sharing that is native and stable, along with USB internet tethering as well in case her battery is low... so MR4 should fit the bill!

August 12th... Droid-2! Still undecided; but leaning toward purchasing, as a phone to "tide" me over (according to great advice from ckeegan) until truly remarkable devices are released from Verizon fully operation on 4G networks in 2012!
