no they wont, as long as they have refurs to hand out.

here is how to get warranty replacement for TP->TP2. bring damage TP to your nearest carrier store. ask to speak with a tech and let him call you insurance for you. with his words and statements, you likely to get TP2. works 90% of the time. happy modding:headbang:

I thought sprint was exchanging the TP to the TP2 in stores, have they stopped this already?

I found the TP support page on the HTC website.
http://www.htc.com/www/supportdownlo...act=sd&cat=all

It doesn't say rom version but has the date for it listed as "Date : 2009-08-30" My refurb phone says Rom Version 2.01.651.6 but has the date listed as 7/27/09. I'm confused. I also can't tether with this rom. I make the reg changes or use the cab that does it for you, and the phone changes it back to phone as modem.

Edit: that's a generic rom. What is the newest radio version? I'm having worse coverage than I did with my 6900 Vogue

Edit 2: I clicked on check for software updates or something similar in my sprint account and it took me to a support page here:

Yep. Thought they were putting a fork in it way too soon.
