No dice. Thanks, but the cab file above did nothing. Verizon couldn't even fix the problem. They just said," either hard reset or return the phone for a FRU". WTF!!!

I hearing 5 rings before it even begins to ring on my TP2. After 1 ring on my TP2, it shows missed call and goes to voicemail. SUX

Ok. I tried resetting the slot cycle to 1 and 0 and then resetting my phone. It changed absolutely nothing. I had Verizon reset my voicemail to pickup after 7 rings but they told me they could not make it stick and it would return to 5 rings at midnight automatically, as it did. Cinderella story I guess. Well I'm at a loss now. Any more suggestions??? |

I see people posting all the time to change the slot cycle index to 1 for faster rings. I have tried this many times & never saw it make the slightest difference in how fast a phone rings. It does make your battery go dead faster however..... ~John |
