You can download the stock rom from here. Hae you tried that? Maybe its a bad rom already on it.

a lot of times those issues you are having are usually software related. sometimes you may download an application from a trusted source but that application could be corrupted in the slightest way which could cause a lot of problems.

best thing to do is, if you have cabs stored on your computer or microSD card, is to just download fresh new version of those cabs and install those instead of the ones you already have.

one thing i have learned is that dont go to a different store every time for the same issue, go back to the one you went to before and keep going there until they get that issue fixed. when you take it to different stores for the same issue, it looks bad on your notes and other stores may be unwilling to help you.
when you have a different issue you can go to a different store but dont change stores for the same issue.

maybe I should go android since at least google can make a os work and MS has had 8+ years. and between sprint and htc they blame each other, thats why theres no 6.5 for sprint.

I want something to work right, first. if they can't do it right first then why even try?

Except even google doesnt even have it right all the time. I see at least three android phones a day that continually crash OS. Heros and Moments.
