This is very likely why you can't get any results Boo Boo. When you call CS or visit a Sprint store and they supposedly can't "duplicate" the issue, they notate your account and that is hampering any further reps/techs to be willing to help you. This happened to me recently with my palm Pre.

I picked the HTC Touch Pro 2 because I am wanting to let Palm and the Pre work out the problems a little more then I will be back on WebOs for sure. The TP2 is awesome and is everything the original TP was not!

The reason they are doing that is to prevent fraud. I have seen tons of posts (and not all have been from PPCGeeks either) from folks trying to get a free upgrade to the latest and greatest phone by faking some sort device failure. So, I honestly can't say I blame Sprint for taking notes on customers.

I have been getting some type of gfw.exe or something error, I also get numerous app errors. my screen wont wake up. still using stock rom, have to pop the battery or soft reset it to get it to come back. gets really annoying. even sliding the keyboard doesnt wake it
