Value name: MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server

then softreset and do a speed test
is this only for sprint or will it work for all carriers

Re: Increase internet speed...

worked for me, went from 258kb/s to 423kb/s both tested in IE. it may not effect opera as much because its more of a proxy, right? I got 1.1mbit/s in opera so....

Re: Increase internet speed...

For Opera10 you need to open the browser and type "opera:config" in the URL field and then enter. This will bring up a configuration page. In the search field type in "connections"and press enter. Adjust the following settings:

Max Connections Server: 6
Max Connections Total: 6

6 is as high as you can go. It will improve some over the default value of 4. Controls the number of parallel connections to the web servers.

Select the "Save" button at the bottom to save.

Regards,
Nathan
