Increase internet speed...

Since switching from the TP to the TP2, I've noticed that my internet speed is a little slower. Just curious if anyone else has experienced this and if they know of some good tweaks to speed things up a bit.

You have to do the reg edit.....

Locate the following key in the registry:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Internet Settings

On the Edit menu, point to New, click DWORD Value, and then add the following registry values:

Value name: MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server
Value data: 32
Base: Decimal

Value Name: MaxConnectionsPerServer
Value data: 16
Base: Decimal

Exit Registry Editor.

then softreset and do a speed test

is this only for sprint or will it work for all carriers

worked for me, went from 258kb/s to 423kb/s both tested in IE. it may not effect opera as much because its more of a proxy, right? I got 1.1mbit/s in opera so....

this is a known hack that works for ie!! i have used it in every ppc i have owned untill i moved to opera!!

idk my data is snappier with the tp2 especially while teathering.
