Re: Phone through car speakers via AUX...
only problem i have with AUX is that the AUX sound is very low. I need to crank up my speakers to hear the music. Also when incoming call comes in, it comes in @ full blast. horribly annoying

Re: Phone through car speakers via AUX...
I have a 2000 Explorer and there is no aux input on those older units. I use one of those Cassette Adapters and it works great. I play music, use gps and take calls through the car stereo. WMP and the stock Sprint Music app works great.

Re: Phone through car speakers via AUX...
Some aftermarket stereos (specifically thinking of Sony Xplode but this may be true on others as well) have a level adjustment for the AUX input. You typically will not see it until you are on AUX but once there, try going into your adjustments menu and you may find a level setting for AUX. Adjusting that to full may solve your issue with the volume.

Re: Phone through car speakers via AUX...
My '08 Grand Caravan stock radio has a 3.5mm AUX input, been using it since I got the phone when it was released. The voice on the other end is nice and loud and claims they don't hear any feedback. I usually set my phone on the center console between the seats. Music is loud too. Sometimes I set Voice Command to read my texts when I'm on a long drive.
Way cool.

Re: Phone through car speakers via AUX...
TellMe works really well for both reading/composing texts vocally while you drive, combined with the diamond soft key mapping or personal button mapping (hold send key), no need to look @ ur phone and crash while driving hehe... I'll attach TellMe for ya...
PS - Run it on your phone not PC, installing to device works best ![]()
