Re: TP2 $199 on SERO
Is this deal still alive? I my 2yr elig. discount comes due 1.1.10, so for now I only $75 discount. When I add the TP2 to my cart and skip the plan selection page (clicking on submit) it takes me to the check out page. The price then shows ($600 - $75 discount - $150 instant discount = $375 to check out) - then a $100 rebate to submit later.
Are others on here getting similar results and only being charged the NET (after rebate) price? |

Re: TP2 $199 on SERO
Well here is the latest
I got an email asking me which line I was upgrading and I gave them mine. This was the same number I used when placing the order. Got another email the next day stating that line was only eligible for a $75 credit and my order total would be $274.99. I checked Sprint's website and sure enough my elgibility was reduced down to $75 and another line I had got the full $150 elgibility added to it. I called Sprint for an explination and after getting transfered three times they said the oldest line gets the full elgibility first. I told them when I placed my order it had the full credit available to it and not my other line. Basically they said sorry nothing they can do. I would have to cancel the line and open a new line in order to change primary lines. I emailed Accenture and told them just to upgrade the line that was showing the full elgibility. I am a premier customer and will probably be fighting the same battle next year when Winmo 7 comes out. Waiting to hear that my order has been placed and my TP2 is on its way. |
